Haleakala Sunrise
Haleakala, which means "house of the sun" in Hawaiian, is a dormant volcano that rises to 10,023 feet above sea level and is the highest point on Maui. Watching the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala has been a visitor attraction since the late 1800s.
After watching the sunrise, you can explore the Haleakala Crater on foot or by bike. There are also several hiking trails in the park.
Road to Hana
The Hana Highway, is a scenic 64-mile route on the eastern side of Maui. It's more than just a road; it's a journey that winds through lush rainforests, past cascading waterfalls, and along a dramatic coastline. You can also visit the town of Hana, a charming town with a rich history and culture.

Waiehee Ridge Trail
The Waihee Ridge Trail is a 4.0-mile out-and-back trail near Wailuku, Maui. The views from the top are said to be spectacular, and the trail is a popular spot for hiking and running. You can see the West Maui Mountains, the Iao Valley, and the Pacific Ocean.
Twin Falls
It's located at around mile marker 2 on the Hana Highway, just a 20-minute drive past Paia town. The falls are easily accessible with a short walk from the parking lot. There are two viewing areas. To get to the more popular upper falls with a larger pool, follow a gravel road further down for about ¾ of a mile until you reach the forest. You can take a dip in the pools at the base of the falls, perfect for a refreshing break.

My family and I stayed at the condo while we were in town for a family wedding. The apartment sleeps 7 adults comfortably. We had space to ourselves, as well as space to move around. The beach wasn't far on foot and the pool was nice and relaxing during the day. Highly recommended!
