The highlights of the neighborhood
Koa Resort is located right across the street from 2 great beaches, including Maui's longest beach, which you can walk for almost 6 miles. Just 1/4 mile north is the Hawaiian Islands Whale Marine Sanctuary, which is the perfect place for kids to explore the tide pools. 1 mile south is Azeka Center, home to several of Kihei's best restaurants. Here you can find Hawaiian, Mexican, Japanese, seafood, Thai, Italian and shave ice.
How to move
Koa Resort is the ideal base for exploring Maui. The beach is about a 1/4 mile walk and restaurants are about 1 mile away. Renting a car is the best way to see everything Maui has to offer. If you want to explore Maui on a private, personalized tour with a local guide while learning about Hawaiian culture, I can also recommend a great tour company.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or modification of their reservation.

Additional Fees
Additional fees include a cleaning fee of $550, state and local taxes, and a damage protection fee of $50 which covers accidental damages to the property. While we understand that accidents can happen, guests may be liable for more serious damage. To provide peace of mind for both guests and hosts, we've included a $50 damage protection fee. This fee covers minor, accidental damages up to $5,000. With this protection, both the guest and host benefit from a hassle-free claims process for accidental damages over $25.
